Job summary

MTR Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, manage, and monitor full project lifecycles in Malaysia.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, site teams, and authorities to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality standards. You will lead meetings, review technical documents and drawings, manage budgets and procurement, and report progress to Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, site teams, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and project requirements, including authority submissions and approvals.
• Monitor project progress, site safety, quality, and risk management throughout the project.
• Lead regular project and site meetings, and resolve technical, contractual, or coordination issues promptly. Review and approve technical documents, design drawings, construction plans, and value engineering proposals.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports and updates to Management.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, contracts, and variation orders.
• Ensure successful project completion, commissioning, and handover in accordance with project requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
