Job summary

CSI Interfusion is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives in the banking sector. You will coordinate scope, schedule, resources, and risk across multiple stakeholders, applying both Waterfall and Agile methods to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional teams across Malaysia. Fluency in English plus Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid End to End Project Management experience in banking or financial institution.
• Ability to handle projects per Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards with minimal guidance.
• Good working knowledge in Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice.
• Excellent in project planning tasks and ability to work with various stakeholders in an often.
• Possess analytical and strategic with a track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to influence, organizational ability and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• Highly result oriented and can work independently.
• Demonstrate ability to build relationship and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to work with a group of diverse and geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and resources across banking initiatives.
