Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver IT infrastructure projects. The role requires coordinating diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders from planning through successful delivery.

The candidate should demonstrate strong project governance, risk and change management, and excellent communication across distributed teams. Prior experience in enterprise IT environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT infrastructure projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate infrastructure teams, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure effective delivery of infrastructure projects involving servers, networks, cloud, data centers, security, and other enterprise infrastructure.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and drive timely mitigation and resolution.
• Manage project documentation, governance, reporting, and project controls.
• Coordinate project implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Ensure projects follow organizational processes, standards, and governance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers where required.
• Support project budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience across IT infrastructure, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive projects from planning through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager / IT Project Manager.
• Strong experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of infrastructure technologies such as networking, servers, storage, cloud, data centers, security, and end-user infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk, issue, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in an enterprise or multinational environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
