We seek an experienced Project Manager to base in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, responsible for end-to-end project delivery, governance, and customer communication in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder updates, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to be based in our office located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations. Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication to achieve successful outcomes.

This role reports into senior project leadership and is ideal for a structured, detail-oriented PM who thrives on execution and customer communication within a fast-paced technology environment.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects against defined scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource plans aligned to customer requirements and business objectives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all project phases, from initiation through closure.

Track project progress and provide regular structured reporting on milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project leadership.

Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests through established governance frameworks.

Monitor and track project budgets, flag cost variances, and support resource utilization reporting.

Manage day-to-day stakeholder and customer communication, driving timely issue resolution and escalating to senior leadership when required.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For Must-Have

At least 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on structured delivery in IT, telecommunications, connectivity, or technology services.

Experience in managed network services, ISP, connectivity, or cybersecurity project delivery.

Familiarity with Network Integration Knowledge such as SD-WAN, MPLS, DIA, or enterprise connectivity solutions.

Proven end-to-end project ownership: planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk governance, and project closure.

Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and tracking cost performance.

Good to Have

Hands-on experience with project tools such as Jira or MS Project.

Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or ITIL frameworks.
