Job summary

MTAI Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to gain hands-on exposure across PM, BA, and Consulting in a dynamic technology environment. This role is ideal for students aiming to build a career in PM, BA, or consulting.

You will support planning, requirements gathering, documentation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and assist in pre-sales materials while learning real-world delivery. Internship allowance up to RM1,000/month.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of project management or business analysis concepts.
• Exposure to Agile / Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and tracking activities.
• Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and process flows.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Contribute to pre-sales materials and basic research.
• Support testing (UAT) and project validation activities.
• Assist in stakeholder coordination and project meetings.
• Conducts/ compiles research materials for consulting presentations.
