Job summary

Daimler AG in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented project administration associate to support the project management team across resources, assets and activities. You will help coordinate teams, monitor assets and participate in cross-functional trainings to understand the company's core businesses.

The role involves day-to-day operations support, documentation, and proactive problem-solving to help achieve organizational goals and optimize project delivery within the department.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software tools.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malay.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management team in coordinating resources, teams, and project activities.
• Support in asset registration, monitoring and controlling procedure; to ensure the efficient monitoring and control of assets to maximize their utilization and lifespan.
• Engage in on-job-trainings within own department and cross-functional teams to gain knowledge and experiences on organization’s core businesses
• Support day-to-day operations and administrative support to project management team to ensure fulfillment of organizational goal.
