Job summary

Daimler AG is seeking a proactive intern in Malaysia to support the Customer Retention team in monthly reporting and data preparation. You will generate daily reports, verify data accuracy, and dispatch maturing contract leads to dealers with timely feedback.

You'll assist in planning and developing customer retention strategies and handle other administrative tasks as needed, gaining exposure to corporate reporting processes in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management, or related field.
• Able to do 6 Months Internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Retention team in monthly retention report preparation.
• Generate reports in Report Manager daily and ensure accuracy before sending to brand partner and Finance & Controlling.
• Send maturing contracts leads to dealers monthly and collect feedback promptly.
• Send contract details/reports on a monthly basis for maturing Agility decisions.
• Assist in planning and developing Customer Retention Strategy.
• Other ad-hoc tasks.
