• Manage the launch and growth of new and existing digital investment products including partnerships, product development, change management, establish business operational processes, reporting of business performance and support in regulatory matters
• Drive business alignment and manage cross functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Shopee teams etc.
• Manage the project timelines across functional teams and partners to ensure timely implementation and meet the overall business objectives
• Optimise product performance by analysing business metrics, identify gaps and recommending improvements area to drive profitability and continuous business growth
• Develop product and industry insights based on user surveys, market research on industry best practices and competitors offerings
• Previous experience in investment sector related field highly preferred - across functions in business development, product development or commercials negotiation
• Excellent analytical and independent problem solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability
• Proactive, open to learn, strong stakeholder management, enjoy managing multiple projects (multitasker) and a team player
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Curious about how the business operates and willing to investigate the story behind the numbers.
• A quick learner with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; candidates with equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.
