Job summary

The role coordinates site progress, facilitates communication between subcontractors and the main contractor, and prepares quantity take-offs and monthly cash flow reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and plan on-going projects including materials delivery, storage and work flow.
• Coordinate site progress and facilitate communication between subcontractor & main contractor.
• Prepare quantity take-off.
• Manage documentation and submission process for monthly project claims.
• Monitor and prepare subcontractor claims and progress quantity.
• Identify and address any defects or issues reported by clients and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare monthly cash flow and collection report.
