Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Malaysia is seeking a Project Engineer to lead customer projects from initiation to closeout. You will plan, control cost and schedule, coordinate internal teams and external contractors, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years of project execution experience, with hands-on use of Click Up and PPM for reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer Project to ensure contract fulfillment, including technical, time plan, cost control, resource/supply chain management, site supervision, commissioning and start up.
Develop, communicate, and implement detailed execution plans for assigned projects. Monitor project progress, performance, and cost to ensure alignment with the plan and profitability targets. Proactively resolve operational issues and minimize delays throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and coordinate the necessary resources internal and external to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Technical, Factory, Service) to secure specialized support. Manage and coordinate third-party contractors to ensure quality and integration with internal project activities. Monitoring on-site activities and support commissioning and start-up processes with internal or external service engineers. Monitoring troubleshooting efforts and managing issues during the warranty period.
