Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Engineer/Execution professional to lead customer projects from initiation to closing. You will develop detailed execution plans, monitor progress and costs, and protect profitability while coordinating engineering, factory, and service teams.

The role requires a engineering degree and 3–5 years of end-to-end project experience, with hands-on use of Click Up and PPM. A proactive, agile mindset and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Engineering or Execution.
• Proven end-to-end project lifecycle experience: from initiation to closing.
• Hands-on experience in project reporting tools such as Click Up and PPM.
• Agile, proactive, and a strong problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement detailed execution plans for assigned projects.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and cost to ensure alignment with the plan and profitability targets.
• Proactively resolve operational issues and minimize delays throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and coordinate the necessary resources internal and external to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Technical, Factory, Service) to secure specialized support.
• Manage and coordinate third-party contractors to ensure quality and integration with internal project activities.
• Monitoring on-site activities and support commissioning and start-up processes with internal or external service engineers.
• Monitoring troubleshooting efforts and managing issues during the warranty period.
