Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and specifications.
• Requirements Analysis, Design Skills, Project Management, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Safety Management, Supervision, CAD, CAD/CAM Circuit Design, Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude, time management and organizational skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
• Produce, monitor and update project schedule and progress report.
• Produce/consolidate project related documents such as piping material list, painting specification, inspection test plan and standard QA/QC procedure for submission.
• Coordinate with drafting department to produce engineering drawings such as skid piping GA drawing, skid structure drawing, pipe support drawing and so on.
• Liaise with client through email correspondence or progress meeting during the course of the project.
• Coordinate with project supervisor on the fabrication of the skid systems or other fabrication activities.
• Summarize bill of material indicated in respective engineering drawing for procurement activity.
• Others special projects & task as assigned by Superior.
• Interpretation of the plans, specifications and special provisions.
