Dekad Aliran Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer (Renewable Energy - Electrical) to oversee quality management, supervision of construction works, and coordination of testing, commissioning, and handover activities. The role requires hands-on project management, strong communication, and knowledge of electrical standards pertinent to solar projects.

Based in Kedah/Perlis with project coordination across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Hands-on project management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electrical standards, regulations and testing in solar industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Management support and supervise construction work to meet project requirements.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Assist planning and coordinate overall project activities with CM/PM.

Project Engineer (Renewable Energy - Electrical)

Provision and coordination of Quality Management support for the Project, with supervision of construction works to ensure compliance with project requirements. The role involves monitoring project progress, preparing reports and technical documentation, and coordinating inspection, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Key responsibilities

Provision and coordination of Quality Management support for the Project

Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with project requirements

Monitor project progress and update schedules

Prepare project reports and technical documentation

Coordinate inspection, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities

Assist CM and PM on Planning and coordinate overall project activities

Review engineering drawings and technical documents

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers

Ensure work quality complies with specifications and standards

Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements

About you

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field

Hands-on project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with electrical standards, regulations and testing especially in solar industry

Familiarity with project management tools and software such as AutoCAD & Microsoft Project

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to be based in Kedah/Perlis
