Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering or Construction Management for a 1-year renewable contract in electrical infrastructure projects. The role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting, on-site coordination, cost monitoring, reporting and liaising with contractors; willingness to travel to sites as required.

Five-day work week with hours 8:00am – 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of project or site engineering experience in construction, electrical infrastructure, M&E, solar PV or related projects.
• Experience in infrastructure, solar PV or semiconductor construction projects would be advantageous.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans and risk-control measures for infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Coordinate on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety requirements, quality standards and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project costs, progress, documentation and site productivity to support timely and effective project delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve project and site-related matters.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Working hours : 5 days | Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to MYR 7,000 Monthly Basic + Full Transport Reimbursement + 12 Days Annual Leave + Variable bonus, subject to company and individual performance and contract eligibility

Duration : 1-year renewable contract, subject to project requirements and performance
