Job summary

BOILERMASTER EM SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to oversee engineering projects from conception to delivery in Malaysia. The role requires developing detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans, while ensuring every activity aligns with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will monitor progress against KPIs, conduct site inspections, manage documentation, and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in project engineering or management.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply with aptitude to learn.
• Independent with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and identify risks early.
• Prepare and present status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure work meets technical specs and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site inspections and QA checks.
• Manage project documentation, drawings, and contracts.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Support development and implementation of project safety procedures.
