Job summary

EXCEL M&E SDN BHD is seeking a Engineer to manage the planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion. You will liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to understand requirements and specifications and prepare detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.

The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Manage planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.
Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to understand requirements and specifications.
Prepare detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against these.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues and delays to keep projects on track.
Ensure projects adhere to all relevant regulations, industry standards and safety protocols.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.
Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
Continuously look for ways to improve project efficiencies and processes.
