Dpstar Thermo Control Electric Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate and monitor servicing activities for client equipment. You will liaise with clients to understand technical requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a degree in engineering and 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, equipment servicing, maintenance or similar engineering environment.
• Experience with industrial equipment and troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and monitor servicing, maintenance and repair activities for clients' equipment and machinery.
• Ensure all servicing works are completed within agreed timelines and requirements.
• Liaise with clients to understand technical requirements and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate with Technical, Service, Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor ongoing servicing jobs and project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Attend to clients' technical enquiries and coordinate solutions.
• Prepare service reports, technical documentation and maintenance records.
• Assist in preparing quotations, service proposals and material requirements.
• Monitor spare parts availability for servicing activities.
• Conduct site visits to inspect equipment and oversee servicing activities.
• Ensure servicing complies with technical specs, quality standards and safety.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction.

To plan, coordinate and monitor servicing, maintenance and repair activities for clients' equipment and machinery.

To ensure all scheduled servicing and maintenance works are carried out within the agreed timelines and according to clients' requirements.

To liaise with clients to understand their technical requirements, coordinate servicing arrangements and provide updates on job progress.

To coordinate with the Technical, Service, Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of servicing and repair works.

To monitor ongoing servicing jobs, project progress and outstanding technical issues to ensure timely completion.

To attend to clients' technical enquiries, complaints and equipment-related issues, and coordinate appropriate solutions.

To prepare and maintain service reports, technical documentation, maintenance records and other relevant project documents.

To assist in preparing quotations, service proposals, material requirements and other project-related documentation.

To monitor the availability of spare parts, tools and equipment required for servicing and maintenance activities.

To conduct site visits when required to inspect equipment, troubleshoot technical issues and oversee servicing activities.

To ensure all servicing and maintenance works comply with technical specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

To identify opportunities for improvement in servicing processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in project coordination, equipment servicing, maintenance or a related engineering environment.

Experience in handling industrial equipment, machinery or technical servicing projects will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Good project coordination, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and internal departments.

Ability to manage multiple servicing jobs and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Willingness to travel to clients' sites when required.
