Job summary

SKA TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate and monitor project activities from start to finish. You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring progress aligns with drawings, specs and schedules. Role requires 2–3 years in project engineering (M&E/building services preferred).

Fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD/BIM or PM software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical / M&E or related engineering field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in project engineering, preferably in M&E/building services.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM or project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on requirements and progress.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and schedules.
• Prepare and review technical docs, method statements, material submissions and progress reports.
• Coordinate procurement, delivery schedules and site requirements.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, testing and project coordination meetings.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and company procedures.
• Assist in preparing schedules, progress claims and handover docs.
• Liaise with stakeholders for smooth project execution.
