Qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering fields.
• Commit internship placement for a minimum of 4–6 months (August 2026 Intake).
• Possesses own transport and willing to travel for site visits, installations, and supervision tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, field staff, and clients.
• Able to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to on-site issues.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site visits and installations, collaborating closely with field teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Project Management: Manage and coordinate the scheduling project sites and the warehouse, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Troubleshooting: Assist in supporting and resolving solar troubleshooting issues.
