Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: track daily solar plant performance and alarms; verify inverter statuses and support LPP data analysis.
• Field & Preventive Support: assist engineers with on-site inspections, cleaning supervision, component checks and PPE prep.
• Documentation & Claims: draft maintenance reports, update logs, and compile photos for insurance or warranty cases.
• Technical Connections: assist during troubleshooting, check basic electrical/AC-DC components, support on-site recovery for offline systems.
• Client & Logistics Coordination: schedule maintenance appointments and coordinate with Supply Chain for parts and logistics.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure adherence to safety guidelines and proper PPE usage.
• Continuous Improvement: help organize data, drive operational enhancements and complete ad-hoc tasks.

We are currently looking for go-getters to join our team to help us with:

System Monitoring: Assist in tracking daily solar plant performance and alarms , verifying inverter statuses , and supporting engineers with Low Peak Performance (LPP) data analysis.

Field & Preventive Support: Assist engineers with on-site inspections, cleaning supervision, electrical component checks, and tool/PPE preparation.

Documentation & Claims: Assist in drafting preventive maintenance reports, updating internal platform logs, and compiling documentation/photos for insurance or warranty cases.

Technical Connections: Provide hands‑on assistance during corrective troubleshooting, check basic electrical and AC/DC components , and support on‑site recovery for offline systems (WiFi/logger setups).

Client & Logistics Coordination: Assist in scheduling customer maintenance appointments, handle basic inquiries, and coordinate with Supply Chain for replacement parts and logistics.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with company safety guidelines and practice proper PPE usage during all operations.

Continuous Improvement: Support data organization, operational enhancement initiatives, and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related engineering fields.

Possesses own transport and willing to travel for on-site support.

Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of maintenance safety regulations.

Excellent communication skills, great task prioritization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.

Able to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
