Job summary

Avtel (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to support the installation and commissioning of Integrated security systems. You will work with project managers to ensure tasks are delivered on time and within budget at client sites.

You will program and configure security systems (S2, C-Cure, Gallagher, Lenel, Milestones) and perform preventative maintenance, while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in electronic security installations.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Security Systems installation and commissioning (Access Control, CCTV, etc.).
• Experience with security system software such as S2, C-Cure, Gallagher, Lenel, Milestones, etc.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic IT networking and CAD knowledge advantageous.
• Strong project management skills with time/resource/task management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of Integrated Security systems at client sites.
• Oversee on-site installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports with performance analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide updates to Project Manager on risks and issues.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure compliance and handle variation claims.
