PERUNDING TAG is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer for its Kulai, Johor base. You will oversee engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. The role requires 3–5 years in project engineering, strong PM skills, and a PMP/PRINCE2 preferred certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in project engineering or project management within the engineering sector.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and team members for alignment and transparency.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Manage project changes and variations in scope.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned documentation.
