Job summary

Samaiden Group is seeking a capable professional to lead planning, execution and commissioning of bioenergy projects in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, suppliers, consultants, and authorities to ensure successful project delivery.

You will develop detailed schedules using MS Project or Primavera and maintain milestone tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Applicants should have an Engineering degree and at least 2 years of electrical/bioenergy experience, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy).
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of project management and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and commissioning of bioenergy projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project/Primavera with milestone tracking.
• Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Review technical submittals, datasheets and project specifications.

• Lead the planning, execution and commissioning of Bioenergy projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, consultants, contractors and authorities
• Develop and manage project schedules using software (MS Project/Primavera) ensuring milestone tracking
• Prepare detailed progress reports, cost tracking, and technical documentation for stakeholders
• Review technical submittals, datasheets and project specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy)
• At least 2 years working experience in electrical work and bioenergy industry (involved in 33kV power plant or substation is preferable)
• Knowledge of Bioenergy processes, systems and engineering calculations
• Understanding of project management
• Familiarity with technical and commercial documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
