Job summary

Greatech is seeking a Project Engineer in Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will lead engineering projects, coordinate with internal QA teams and customers, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.

The role requires initiative, strong organizational and communication skills, and a focus on risk management and documentation. You will coordinate from PO receipt to delivery, participate in cost reviews, and ensure adherence to ISO standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in appropriate field of study or diploma holder with equivalent working experience.
• Preferably 2 years or more working experience in automation/manufacturing line, preferably with project handling.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Initiative, aggression & good organizational skills.
• Good in written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
• Monitor and coordinate between customer and interdepartmental teams for project execution.
• Coordinate with QA and customer to perform machine buyoff.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope, complying with QA/QC policies and standards.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• Create and maintain project documentation and review project costs for potential overruns.
• Adhere to ISO requirements and safety guidelines.
