Adapt designs based on project changes and site conditions.
Manage assigned projects from design stage through completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Review and validate design outputs to maintain quality and accuracy.
Provide technical support when required.
At EFCO, you will gain exposure to the complete engineering process - from understanding project requirements and developing design solutions, through structural analysis and technical review, to project execution.
You will work alongside experienced engineers and project professionals, allowing you to develop both technical expertise and practical project experience.
Whether you are starting your engineering career or looking to take the next step after gaining your first few years of experience, this role provides an opportunity to develop a strong foundation in formwork, shoring and temporary works engineering.
Develop practical knowledge in formwork, shoring and temporary works, a specialised field that combines structural engineering, design and construction.
Work on real construction projects and gain end‑to‑end exposure to engineering design, structural analysis, technical coordination and project execution.
Work closely with experienced engineers and project teams to understand how engineering principles are applied to solve real‑world construction challenges.
Develop your skills in structural analysis, engineering design, CAD, technical documentation, constructability and project coordination.
Be part of an international engineering environment and gain exposure to professional engineering practices and innovative formwork solutions.
Build your capabilities through increasing technical and project responsibilities, with opportunities to progress into Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer or project management roles based on your performance, experience and capabilities.
For fresh graduates, EFCO provides an opportunity to turn academic knowledge into practical engineering experience, while developing the technical foundation needed for a successful engineering career.
