Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites applications for a Site Supervisor role to manage site works, supervise subcontractors, and lead a team of site personnel. The candidate will conduct weekly toolbox and safety meetings, liaise with suppliers, and monitor site machinery and materials.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering background with 1–3 years in heavy steel fabrication/erection, and a solid grasp of safety and quality processes. Fresh graduates are welcome with on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1 to 3 years working experience in project management of heavy steel fabrication and erection works in the field of power, cement, mining, oil, gas and material handling industries.
• Good knowledge of site safety and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraging to apply, on job training will be provided.

About you
