Job summary

W.R. Grace & Co. in Kuantan, Pahang seeks a Project Engineer to join our Manufacturing Team.

The role reports to Technical & Engineering Manager and is responsible for managing and executing all plant project activities safely and efficiently. Key projects include owning plant scope, defining time frames and costs, mastering the Accolade process as champion, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations, and planning improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical).
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field or similar environment.
• Knowledge of project methodologies, stages and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own plant projects from scope to execution.
• Develop and maintain project scope, time frame and cost.
• Champion the Accolade process and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan and coordinate plant improvement and modification projects.
• Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Participate in cross-department discussions as required by HOD.

W.R Grace is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Manufacturing Team based in Kuantan,Pahang. This role reports to Technical & Engineering Manager.

Project Engineer's role is responsible for managing and execute all plant project related activities efficiently and with a safe manner.

Projects :

• Take ownership of all plant projects scope
• Develop and maintain the overall project scope, time frame and cost
• Familiarize with Accolade process and be the champion for Accolade
• Make sure that all project is as per regulation by local authorities
• Plan and coordinate all project related to plant improvement and modification
• Contribute an idea for any opportunities for improvement

EHS Related.

• Implementing all Grace corporate policies on EHS.
• Actively promotes safety approaches for all activities or work request carry out by Technician

Others :

• Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel
• Involve in all related department discussion as required by HOD.

Overall task will be review and can be amend depends on management requirement.

Required Qualifications

• Possess at least Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical
• At least 5 years experience in related field or similar environment.
