Job summary

Heritage Fire Protection Sdn Bhd – Kuala Selangor, Selangor, is seeking a Project Engineer to join a distinguished fire protection engineering company with three decades of experience in Malaysia. The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electronics, knowledge of fire protection services, and strong AutoCAD drafting skills.

You’ll work on-site with a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach, and be prepared to travel extensively to construction sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electronics is required.
• Knowledgeable/experienced in Fire Protection Services.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare method statements, engineering documentation, approval drawings, and handover documents.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, highlighted drawings, and variation order submittals.
• Attend site and client meetings to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
• Provide support and participate in all internal project meetings and discussions.

We are a distinguished Fire Protection Engineering company headquartered in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, boasting a rich legacy of three decades marked by numerous successful collaborations with major corporate entities and large-scale projects across Malaysia.

Basic Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical / Electronics

Knowledgeable / experienced in Fire Protection Services

Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing

Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving

Willingness to travel extensively and flexibility to work shifts between office and construction sites

Committed team player with the flexibility to work additional hours when necessary to support project timelines.

(Added Advantage):

Multilingual proficiency: English, Malay, and Mandarin Speaker

Familiarity with Project scheduling, BIM/3D, & hydraulic calculation software

Knowledge or experience with test inspections, non-conformance reporting, and verification of corrective actions (QA/QC and CX commissioning)

Experienced in Data Centre Projects

Responsibilities:
