Qualifications

• Able to interact with local authorities, consultants, contractors and all levels of staffs.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate project requirements.
• Understand project design intent for its implementation.
• Issue work program and completion schedule following main contract project completion.
• Coordinate with design consultant for changes and revisions.
• Issue site memo, RFI and CVI during work progress where necessary.
• Prepare verifications and justifications for variation works and follow up with cost preparations.
