Job summary

Ener Tech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a motivated Project Engineer for fresh graduates or engineers with 1–2 years' experience to contribute to automation projects.

You will assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination, develop engineering deliverables, and participate in testing, commissioning, and ISO-aligned documentation, growing technically and professionally.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Professional Certificate, or Degree holders in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience are welcomed.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, or EPLAN will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to PLC control systems is preferred.
• PLC programming knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possess own transportation and are willing to travel when required.
• Positive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the execution and management of industrial automation projects.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources and manpower.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Support the development of engineering deliverables, including: IO assignments, BOM, Electrical schematic drawings, Technical documentation.
• Involve in system testing, troubleshooting, site installation, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare project documentation and reports in compliance with ISO requirements.
• Continuously learn and develop technical competencies in automation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, you will:

IO assignments

Bill of Materials (BOM)

Electrical schematic drawings

Continuously learn and develop technical competencies in automation and control systems.

Requirements
