Identify delivery gaps and intervene when senior leadership decisions, cross-functional coordination, or executive escalation are required.

Ensure effective project closure, customer acceptance, operational handover, and lessons learned.

2. Project Manager and Business Analyst Team Leadership

Lead, manage, and develop both the Project Manager and Business Analyst teams, establishing clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and professional development objectives.

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Project Managers in project planning, execution, governance, customer engagement, financial control, and risk management.

Guide Business Analysts in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, functional specification development, requirements traceability, stakeholder workshops, and solution validation.

Ensure effective collaboration between Business Analysts, Project Managers, solution architects, technical teams, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Establish consistent standards for project management and business analysis deliverables, methodologies, documentation, and quality assurance.

Conduct regular performance reviews and capability assessments to identify skills gaps, training needs, and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure Business Analysts are effectively deployed across projects according to business priorities, project complexity, and required domain expertise.

Strengthen the integration between business requirements, solution design, project scope, and delivery execution to minimize misunderstandings, scope creep, rework, and delivery risks.

Build a high-performing delivery organization that promotes accountability, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

3. Resource Mobilization and Cross-Project Cost Optimization

Oversee resource planning and mobilization across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring the right mix of Project Managers, Business Analysts, technical specialists, and delivery resources is available to meet project commitments.

Establish visibility of resource availability, utilization, skill sets, project assignments, and upcoming demand to support proactive workforce planning.

Drive cost optimization through effective resource allocation, appropriate seniority and skill mix, reduction of idle capacity, and minimization of unnecessary external resource engagement.

Evaluate the cost, timeline, quality, and delivery risks associated with alternative resourcing strategies before recommending changes.

Balance resource efficiency with delivery quality, customer expectations, team sustainability, and contractual commitments.

Work with Finance, HR, Procurement, and relevant delivery leaders to manage resource costs, subcontractor utilization, recruitment requirements, and external partner capacity.

Identify resource conflicts, capability gaps, and critical dependencies across projects, escalating significant constraints and recommending appropriate solutions to management.

Monitor key indicators such as resource utilization, project staffing costs, capacity gaps, and delivery productivity to identify further optimization opportunities.

4. C-Level Customer Engagement and Executive Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business heads, and steering committee members.

Act as the senior delivery escalation point for strategic customers, particularly for critical milestones, major delivery risks, customer concerns, and recovery initiatives.

Lead executive-level project reviews and steering committee meetings to communicate delivery progress, risks, decisions required, and expected business outcomes.

Ensure customer expectations remain aligned with project scope, delivery plans, resource commitments, and contractual obligations.

Work with Project Managers and relevant stakeholders to resolve significant issues and maintain customer confidence.

Participate in customer presentations alongside Presales and relevant Project Managers, providing assurance on implementation feasibility, delivery methodology, project governance, resource mobilization, and risk management.

Leverage delivery experience, lessons learned, and reusable implementation frameworks to strengthen proposal quality, estimation accuracy, and competitive positioning.

Ensure a structured handover from Presales to the delivery organization after project award, including validation of scope, assumptions, estimates, risks, commitments, and resource plans.

Provide feedback to Presales and Sales teams on delivery risks, estimation accuracy, resource availability, and lessons learned from previous projects.

8. Financial, Commercial and Contractual Oversight

Oversee project financial performance, ensuring Project Managers manage their respective budgets, delivery costs, and financial forecasts effectively.

Work with Finance, Sales, Commercial, and Project Managers to manage contractual milestones, billing requirements, customer acceptance, and change requests.
