Job summary

Johnson Controls Malaysia is seeking a Project Scheduling & Analysis professional to support the Project Delivery team with scheduling, risk analysis, and revenue-related reporting. The role emphasizes developing master schedules, performance tracking, and proactive data insight across multiple business lines.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations, maintain PPM tollgates, and create dashboards and reports to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with 3–5 years in construction project management (MEP preferred).
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel (conditional formatting, data analysis, forecasting).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery in scheduling, risk analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop baseline master work programs and project schedules.
• Prepare S-Curve and manpower histograms.
• Conduct delay analysis, EOT, LAD, and delay chronology reports.
• Monitor schedule variances and update completion dates with LOB.
• Manage PPM Tollgate processes and upload docs to SharePoint.
• Develop billing trackers and dashboards for daily and monthly monitoring.
• Create timesheet templates for site teams.
