Job summary

Johnson Controls in Malaysia is seeking a Project Scheduler/Analyst to support the Project Delivery team with scheduling, risk analysis, performance monitoring and reporting related to revenue and billing.

You will develop baseline master programs, monitor delays, and create dashboards to support forecasting and operational decision-making, collaborating with Lines of Business and site teams.

What you will do

Support the Project Delivery team in project scheduling, risk analysis, performance monitoring, and preparation of reports related to revenue, billing, and operational support.

A. Project Scheduling & Analysis

• Develop baseline master work programs and project schedules, including manpower histogram charts.
• Prepare S-Curve and manpower histograms based on project timelines.
• Conduct delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) assessments, Liquidated Damages (LAD) evaluations, and prepare delay chronology reports.
• Monitor schedule variances and update revised completion dates in coordination with Lines of Business (LOB).
• Manage PPM Tollgate processes and upload documentation to SharePoint.

B. Revenue & Billing Monitoring

• Update SEA Revenue Tracker, backlog, and forelog.
• Perform revenue bridging analysis to identify gaps in revenue changes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue charts.
• Manage forelog files and analyze sales data.
• Update UBR feedback, billing plans, total billing plans, and Power BI remaining data.
• Develop billing trackers and dashboards for daily and monthly monitoring.

C. Operational Support

• Create timesheet templates for site teams.
