Job summary

You will drive stakeholder engagement, reporting and procurement activities while mentoring junior team members and promoting a collaborative project culture. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in managing Industrial / Science / Semiconductor projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Proven experience leading small to medium construction projects of low to medium complexity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, safety and scheduling requirements are met.
• Coordinate with site teams and consultants to ensure project milestones and delivery timelines.
• Foster effective stakeholder management and regular progress reporting.
• Produce comprehensive project reports with risks, decisions and actions.
• Manage procurement of consultants, including scopes, bids and contracts.
• Engage with clients and external consultants to align objectives and outcomes.
