The role requires strong service orientation, excellent time management, and solid communication skills. You must handle pressure well and maintain accurate client documentation and timely reporting.

• Total client satisfaction.
• Project & service coordination of all Customer Service issues within Convergint branch office and among Convergint colleagues.
• Monitor the quality of Convergint's services in your branch office.
• Documentation for clients, including handover packaging, service cards, handover confirmations, maintenance documents, confirmation slips, training templates, etc.
• Coordinate projects according to schedule, economically and to client’s satisfaction.
• Weekly reports as required.
