Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a skilled project coordinator to assist seniors on project matters, coordinating with consultants and authorities. The role monitors site activities, attends site meetings, and ensures timely progress per master programme.

You will liaise with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure payments and SPA documents are in order, and oversee tender drawings adherence.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, M&E Eng, Civil Eng, or Construction Management.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Superior on project matters with consultants and authorities.
• Monitor progress during implementation according to master programme.
• Attend site meetings.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, ensuring payments and SPA documents are in order.
• Ensure tender documents/drawings adhere to the committed tender programme.
