Job summary

Arterior Design Studio (M) Sdn Bhd invites an experienced architectural professional to join our Seremban team. You will support the Design Director by preparing construction drawings, layouts, elevations and sections, and assist with surveys and project coordination across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in architecture, strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently with good communication and time management. Local language skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in or the related field in architectural industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office on Windows.
• Experience in building drawings, preliminary conceptual drawing, Construction Drawings.
• Able to comply with local regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural assistance to the Design Director in develop­ing construction plans and preliminary drawings, plans, elevations and sections.
• Prepare and develop layouts, elevations, cross sections in construction drawings.
• Assist architectural teams in dimensional surveys of buildings.
• Apply survey notes in architectural drawings with precise specifications.
• Assist and support the Design Director in executing multiple architectural projects.
• Interact with consultants to implement their plans and goals in project drawings.
• Execute all aspects of architectural processes and issues.
• Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications and survey notes.
• Project management and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and standards.
