Job summary

Bureau Veritas Malaysia is seeking a Project Administrator to support EPCC onshore oil & gas and petrochemical projects. You will coordinate documentation, schedules, and field interfaces, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.

You hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or engineering, have 2–3 years in related roles, and at least 1 year in EPCC onshore projects. Based in Pengerang, Johor, you’ll join a global leader trusted to shape industry outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, management, science or engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in EPCC onshore Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemicals projects.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, power plant or large industrial projects is an added advantage.
• Malaysian citizen and willing to be based in Pengerang, Johor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a bachelor's degree/ diploma in business administration/ management/ science/ engineering
• At least 2-3 years of experience in related discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in EPCC Onshore Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemicals Project
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, power plant or large industrial projects is added advantage
• Must be Malaysian citizen
• Must be willing to be based in Pengerang, Johor
