Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a System Project Manager to drive on-time, high-quality execution of customer orders in a hybrid work environment in Penang, Malaysia.

You will coordinate GOPs, GCO, and PG teams to accelerate delivery while managing risks and fostering continuous improvement.You should have a strong background in supply chain or operations, and experience with MRP/SAP systems and cross-functional leadership in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably cross-functional.

Responsibilities

• Executes customer orders on-time to plan by managing milestones, risks and escalations.
• Leads cross-functional coordination across GOPs, GCO and PG to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Oversees change management for ILT BOM and planning changes, providing options and driving decisions.
• Drives continuous improvement using structured problem solving (8D, PSDMP) and data analysis.
• Ensures completeness of shipment and mitigates deviations to meet installation timelines.
