Job summary

Private Advertiser in Penang is seeking a Hardware Engineering Project Manager to lead complex programs within a new Engineering Design Centre. You will own scope, schedule, cost, quality and resources while driving NPD/NPI execution in a non-manufacturing hub.

This role requires strong leadership across global teams, robust stakeholder management, and a focus on continuous improvement to deliver successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering Project Management.
• Strong NPD & NPI experience.
• Experience in financials, risks, changes and resources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
