CTRM AeroSystems Sdn. Bhd. seeks a seasoned Program/Project/Change Manager to lead cross-functional IPT teams in delivering aerospace programs on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality.
The role requires deep knowledge of demand planning, engineering changes, risk, and finance concepts along with strong leadership and stakeholder management. English proficiency and clear communication with customers are essential as you coordinate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain,
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Aerospace, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Program, Project, or Change Management, preferably in Aerospace, Aviation, MRO, or Automotive.
Experience managing cross-functional / IPT teams, including schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
Knowledge of demand planning, engineering change, risk management, problem-solving, and basic financial concepts.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Good command of English and knowledge of customer requirements and aerospace specifications.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program delivery, quality, cost, and revenue targets.
Analyze customer demand and coordinate manpower, materials, capacity, and production planning.
Manage engineering changes and assess their impact on cost, schedule, quality, and resources.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and other functions to resolve issues and meet program schedules.
Manage customer communication, program reviews, negotiations, and follow-up actions.
Monitor program performance, risks, financials, and key deliverables, providing regular reports to management.
Lead recovery actions for critical issues such as material shortages, supplier problems, and delivery disruptions.
Provide leadership and guidance to IPT members and promote effective cross-functional collaboration
