Job summary

ETI (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive programs from planning to delivery in a manufacturing setting. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules and supplier relationships to ensure contract conformance and timely deployments.

The role requires PMP certification, 2–5 years of PM experience, and knowledge of ISO 13485, IATF 16949, FDA 21 CFR Part 820. Mandarin is a plus for HQ communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Program Management and Planning.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Knowledge in CNC machining, sheet metal, screw manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing and medical/automotive industries and knowledge in ISO 13485, IATF 16949, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, Design Control.
• Mandarin speaker preferred to help communicate with HQ.

• Weekly report to management and multiple stakeholders on project earned value, project metrics and commitment to meeting contract schedules.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program and project review sessions with customer.

Preferred Diploma and Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Program Management and Planning.

Strong communication, presentation, follow-through, and organizational skills.

PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Prefer in CNC machining, sheet metal, screw manufacturing industry.

Will be advantage experience in manufacturing and medical/automotive industries (eg: medical assembly or molding) andknowledge in ISO 13485,IATF 16949, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, Design Control.

Strong knowledge of all aspects of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis and negotiation,

Mandarin speaker would be preferred to help communicate with HQ.
