Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Must be able to read instructions, complete delivery records and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for authorised personnel and items.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to schedules and instructions.
• Comply with Malaysian road laws, speed limits and vehicle-use policies.
• Plan routes using GPS apps (Google Maps, Waze) for efficiency and safety.
• Handle confidential documents securely and deliver only to authorised recipients.
• Maintain dispatch logs, proof-of-delivery, and mileage/fuel records.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
