Job summary

TT VISION is a technology-driven company specializing in automated machine vision solutions. The role involves performing incoming material inspections and BOM-based kitting to ensure quality, while supporting engineers with documentation and assembly tasks.

You will assist in testing, packing, and shipping of products, and uphold a safe, tidy workspace. Contribute to continuous improvement and manufacturability initiatives across processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering as a basic requirement.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming material inspections to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
• Conduct kitting of production build materials according to the BOM.
• Assist Engineers in preparing work instructions, assembly checklists, and other documentation.
• Carry out assembly and wiring tasks according to approved work instructions and specifications.
• Support Engineers in testing and inspecting assembled or wired products to meet established standards.
• Perform cleaning, packing and crating of finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a safe, operational, systematic, clean and tidy work environment, including production tools, equipment and floor space.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity in processes, tools and equipment.
• Participate in activities to improve the manufacturability of products.
