TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd in Penang invites applications for a warehouse associate role. You will receive goods, verify quantities and part numbers, and transfer items to the warehouse while preparing picks based on the list.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and teamwork. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided; basic numeracy and the ability to follow instructions are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Willing to learn and follow proper work procedures.
• Basic numeracy skills to check quantities and part numbers accurately.
• Physically fit to handle warehouseduties (lifting, standing, moving stock).
• Detail oriented, disciplined and responsible for daily tasks.
• Able to follow instructions and work systematically (SOP-driven).
• Basic computer skills (data entry) an added advantage.
• Good attitude, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods from the supplier and check quantity/parts against the delivery order.
• Perform goods receiving in the system.
• Transfer parts to the warehouse.
• Allocate parts to the correct rack and bin.
• Prepare picking based on the picking list.
• Issue parts to the requester.
• Conduct stock counts to ensure stock accuracy.
