Job summary

A leading high-tech PCB manufacturer is seeking an experienced Production Support candidate in Kulim, Malaysia. The role involves assisting supervisors in ensuring smooth production, achieving KPI targets, and monitoring production machines. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in engineering or science and preferably 3 years of experience in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry. Fresh diploma holders are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferred.
• Knowledge in data analysis and measurement tests is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor or Line Leader toensure production smooth running with minimum problem
• Ensure to achive the target output given by management
• Able to workin theteam bythe same direction to achieve departmental KPI
• Perform basic troubleshoting and monitoring productionmachine
• Support Engineer to perform the project assigned by management
• Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol in the work or production area

Your Profile

• Diploma in Engineering or Science field or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ working experiencein manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferable
• Fresh Diploma holders are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of analysis data, measurement test and microsoft officeare added advantage
• Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills
• Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
