Job summary

ofi operates a global dairy production network, including facilities in Johor, Malaysia, focused on grinding, blending, and quality-driven manufacturing. The role involves operating production lines, ensuring product quality and safety, and adhering to GMP and 5S standards while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

The position requires diligent documentation, teamwork with Maintenance and QA, and active participation in training programs to maintain high safety and efficiency levels

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to approved procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure output meets productivity, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting during operation.
• Conduct routine quality checks and ensure products conform to specifications.
• Report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Complete production records, process logs, and shift reports accurately and on time.
• Assist in line changeovers, machine cleaning, and sanitation activities.
• Support inventory control through accurate usage and recording of raw and packaging materials.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Production teams to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and minimize downtime.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S requirements.
• Follow GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, Halal, and company procedures.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and comply with all safety requirements.
• Attend training provided by the company to improve knowledge and skills.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job description
