ASE Electronics Malaysia is seeking a Die Attach Technician for our Penang manufacturing line. You will work in a cleanroom environment, operating die attach equipment and monitoring production to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electronics, Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with practical die attach experience and familiarity with SPC, FMEA, DOE, TPM, OCAP, JMP, RCA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, and Predictive Maintenance.
