Job summary

Agilent Technologies, Inc. in Malaysia’s Penang region seeks a Production Specialist to lead end-to-end production activities, optimize material flow and inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will partner with IT and operations to optimize ERP/MES systems and drive continuous improvement in quality and productivity. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of production experience, with strong MS Office skills and a willingness to work day shifts in a full-time

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of production/manufacturing experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Digital mindset with exposure to data analysis, automation, and programming is a plus.
Experience with SAP ECC or MES is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to end-to-end production strategies and processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
Train and develop production staff through cross and technical programs.
Support production systems (ERP, MES, eDHR, inventory) and digital manufacturing.
Assist audits and drive standardization and compliance across production.
