Job summary

Yamaha Electronics Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor with a Diploma in IT/Office Management or Electronics. You will support AISMT processes, train new staff, and maintain process documentation while ensuring ISO standards are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Office Management/Electronics required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Electronics, computer and IT knowledge for reporting and documentation.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Experience in AISMT related processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• In-charge for new employee training for AISMT process.
• Establish and review AISMT process flow chart.
• Create and update work instructions and guides for AISMT processes.
• Control and update ISO documentation for ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A Diploma in IT/ Office Management / Electronics

Microsoft excel, words & power point

Electronics, computer & IT knowledge, able to make report and documentation

Basic programming.

Control & update ISO documentation for ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001

Establish & review current AISMT process flow chart.

Establish work instruction & work guide for current AISMT process.

In-charge for new employee training for AISMT process.
